- Leatherbound album measuring 36 x 29 cm. contains greetings from numerous musicians, opera singers, and stage actors to Carl Heinzen, Henrietta Schwill (later Henrietta Heinzen), and their daughter, Carla Heinzen. Some musicians have included musical incipits. Includes a several photographs, some autographed. Includes signatures of Louis Arsene Delaunay, Jeanne Foulon, Teresa Carreño, Loie Fuller, George Henschel, Alfred Hertz, August Wilhelmj, and others. Signed musical incipits include those of Richard Strauss, Pablo de Sarasate, Fritz Kreisler, Moriz Rosenthal, Xaver Schawenka, Émile Sauret, Jules Wertheim, and others.

- Biography
- Henrietta Schwill maintained her autograph album first by herself and later with her husband, Carl Heinzen (ca. 1869-1927) who was active as a violinist from the 1880s through ca. 1912. She was the daughter of Albert Schwill, founder of Albert Schwill & Co., a malt business based in Chicago, and his wife Caroline. Carl and Henreitta Heinzen had one daughter, Carla Heinzen. In 1912, Carl Heinzen joined his father-in-law's company where he eventually became vice-president. He died September 7, 1927 in Chicago.
