  • Enuga S. Reddy, former United Nations official and author, was a long time supporter of the South African freedom movement. From 1963-1984, he served as Principal Secretary of the U.N. Special Committee Against Apartheid, and was later the U.N. Director of the Centre Against Apartheid. He was also the Assistant Secretary-General to the U.N. from 1983-1985.
