Lupe Serrano speaks with Michelle Potter about her teaching at the Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis School, American Ballet Theatre, and American Ballet Theatre Studio Company; teachers she admires; building strength and technique; the difference between coaching and teaching; her family; her life as a child in Chile; early dance experiences and not developing her technique until she moved to Mexico; dancing with Anton Dolin and Alicia Markova during her early years in Mexico.
